Lala Baby takes pride in its products and professional delivery service.

If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with Lala Baby’s products, please contact us within 7 calendar days after the date of delivery.

Our customer service representative will then follow up the request for exchange and return.

Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lala baby reserves full right to accept or reject exchange and return requests.

In the unlikely event that our product is damaged, we will replace it without charge.

If the concerned product is out of stock, a similar product of the same value will be offered.

In the circumstances the customer shall make no claim against Lala Baby.

Lala Baby will not accede to any request for exchange if the request is made beyond 7 calendar days after the date of delivery.


Conditions

• Except in the event of damaged product, a customer may only request for exchanging the entire hamper with another hamper of the same or lesser value. If a lesser value hamper is chosen, no refund will be made. A customer may pay the difference if he/she wishes to exchange a hamper with another hamper of higher value.

• A customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge if he/she requests for an exchange, except in the event of damaged product Lala Baby will bear the shipping charge.

• Lala Baby will provide the customer with a quotation on shipping charge before processing the exchange request.

• All exchange and return items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed, unworn and with the original labels/tags on (if any).
